Policyholders: You can use the Progressive iPhone App to:
• Make a payment, using billing information stored in your Progressive.com account. With this feature, you can relax, knowing that when a payment is due, you can take care of it immediately.
• Submit a claim—even if it’s just to report minor windshield damage. Progressive will then start processing your claim and follow up with you over the phone to keep things moving.
• Find a concierge service center, an optional offering in which Progressive takes care of your claim from start to finish—and guarantees the repairs for as long as you own or lease your car.
• View your insurance information and other policy details when you’re on the go. "
